The company was founded by Abdullah Elmie.
Abdullah Elmie has more than 20 years of SHEQ management experience in the manufacturing, electrical, construction and oil and gas industry working for companies operating with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 3834-2 management systems. He has a BTech - Mechanical Engineering, BTech – Quality, Nebosh General Safety Certificate as well as various quality, safety and environmental qualifications. He is also a PFSO (Port Facilities Security Officer) and is a registered CHSM (Construction Health and Safety Manager) registered with the SACPCMP, registration no. CHSM/707/2018.
His experience include:

Development and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems.

Management of safety, security and quality staff on multiple local and international projects operating simultaneously.

Evaluate subcontractors and establish an audit program for continuous monitoring during projects.

Conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.

Assist Project Managers with the incorporation of safety and quality into project schedule to ensure productive planning and effective SHEQ resource allocations. .
